Reguli:Aceste reguli sunt pentru fiecare user al canalului #BlueChat,indiferent de nivelul accesului sau,natio-
nalitate,pozitie sociala,varsta,sex,etc.Aceste reguli sunt facute pentru a fi respectate nu pentru a fi
incalcate,cei care nu le vor respecta vor suporta consecintele.
1)Accesele pe canalul #BlueChat sunt date de Managerul canalului,in caz ca nu sunt online cel care va
adauga un acces in lista canalului va fi dator sa ma instiinteze si sa motiveze acordarea accesului ace-
lei persoane.
2)Cei care sunt logati la X sunt datori sa stea pe canal,altfel risca sa fie stersi din lista canalului,
daca vor fi descoperiti si asta se va intampla in cel mai scurt timp.
3)Remuserele pe canalul #BlueChat sunt date numai de Managerul canalului.
4)In caz ca un user al canalului abuzeaza de X si ii sfideaza pe ceilalti useri ai canalului este reco-
mandat sa i se suspende accesul pe o perioada de 5 zile.Pentru abuzuri rauvoitoare si repetate userul va
fi sters din lista de accese a canalului.
5)Banarile si kickurile vor fi date cu un motiv intemeiat si la un nivel corespunzator gravitatii faptei
acelui user.Cei care vor da banuri si kickuri fara motiv sau fara un motiv plauzibil vor fi sanctionati.
6)Pe canalul #BlueChat nu sunt acceptate injuraturi,nickuri indecente,floodarea celorlati useri,reclame,
schimburi de mp3uri pe canal,programele de hack,pornografie si alte lucruri indecente.
7)Daca veti avea o problema cu alt user al canalului care va jigneste va rog sa pastrati loguri cu acea
intamplare pentru a demonstra ca este adevarat.
8)Setati-va mIRCul sau scriptul corect astfel incat celelalte persoane de pe canal sa nu aiba de suferit
9)Nu sunt accepate certurile pe canal,daca "aveti ceva de impartit" faceti-o pe privat.
10)Daca vreti sa chemati si alti prieteni de ai vostri sa se bucure si ei de canal,puteti sa ii chemati
dar sa se comporte in mod civilizat si sa respecte regulile canalului ca toti ceilalti useri.
11)Toti userii trebuie sa aibe grija unde si cum se logheaza la X pentru a nu le fi furata parola,astfel
aparand posibilitatea de takeoweruri,adaugarea de accese noi de pe acel user.Acelui user caruia i-a
fost furata parola sau a pierdut-o i se va da remuser.Important:NU DATI NIMANUI CARE PRETINDE CA ESTE DE
LA CSERVICE PAROLA DE LA USERUL VOSTRU PENTRU CA ESTE UN LAMER CARE INCEARCA SA VA FURE USERUL.Cservice
va va trimite un email in adresa de email al userului dumneavoastra daca doreste ceva de la dumneavoas-
tra.
12)Daca un user al canalului nu stie sa foloseasca X sau comenzile la X este rugat sa viziteze site-ul
canalului www.bluechat.8m.net sectiunea Comenzi la X.
13)Nu este permisa schimbarea topicului sau modurile canalului #Bluechat de catre userii acestuia.Daca
este neaparat nevoie sa aduceti la cunostinta ceva canalului adaugati in topic nu il stergeti pe cel
initial.
14)Daca te comporti in mod civilizat pe canal nimeni nu se va lua de tine,nu sunt accepatate deopurile
la alti useri.
15)Daca sunteti logati pe bnc si nu sunteti online nu lasati pe canal bnc-ul cu @.Cine nu va respecta
aceasta regula va avea un suspend de 2 zile.La incalcari repetate userul va fi sters din baza de date a canalului.


Rules:
These rules are for all users of the channel #BlueChat,no matter his access level,nationality,social po-
sition,age,sex.These rules are made to be respected not to be broken,who doesn`t respect the rules must
support the consequeces.
1)The access`s on the channel #BlueChat are given by the Manager of the channel,if i`m not online who
add a user in the list of the channel is responsable for that user and he must motivate his decision.
2)The logged users should stay on the channel,else they risk to be deleted from the channel list,if they
are caught and this it will be in a short time.
3)The remuser`s on the channel #BlueChat are given only by the Manager of the channel.
4)If a user of the channel abuse of X or disturb the other user of the channel,his access will be suspen
ded for 5 days.For a repetead abuse the user will be deleted from the channel list.
5)Bans and kicks are given with a good reason and to a right level.Who is giving bans and kicks without
a reson will be punished.
6)On the channel #BlueChat is not accepted any harassment,lame nicknames,flood,reclams,to change mp3`s
on the channel,warez,pornography or other indecente things.
7)If you have a problem with other user of the channel wich is disturbing you please keep the logs with
the happening to prove that is thrue.
8)Set up your mIRC or script right that others persons of the channel not to be affected.
9)Is not accept any harassment on the channel,if you want to argue with someone do that on privat.
10)If you want to call friends to enjoy the channel,call them but they must behave and respect the rules
of the channel like the others.
11)All the users must to login save because their password could be taken by someone else,in that way
appears the takeowers or the new users.Who lose the username password will be erase from the list of the
channel.Important:DO NOT GIVE OUT YOUR PASSWORD TO ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE CService,because that is a la-
mer that is trying to still your username.Cservice send emails if wants something from you!!!
12)If a user of the channel doesn`t know to use X or his commands,he must visit the webpage of the chan-
nel www.bluechat.8m.net section Comenzi la X.
13)It is forbiden changing of topic or modes of the channel #BlueChat by the users.If it is necesary to
show something please add to the topic that thing and don`t erase the topic.
14)If you behave on the channel nobody won`t harass you,and DO NOT DEOP OTHER USERS.
15)If you are login on your bnc and you`re not online,don`t let on channel the bnc with @.Who won`t res-
pect this rule,his access will be suspended for 2 days.If he continues to do that his access will be
erase from the list of the channel.
